Sometimes there are times when the rush does not allow us to cook for a long time, since we have the obligation to do other things and not to enjoy in the kitchen. Well then, for those times when we have to make something quick but flavored, we give you the idea of ​​this simple fideua with vegetables.

This fideua es very healthy both for adults and children, although for these it is recommended that the vegetables be shredded, although it is much better that they get used to these foods from a young age so as not to hinder their intake when they are older.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion.
  • 1 large green bell pepper.
  • 1 red tomato
  • 1 clove garlic.
  • Chicken soup.
  • 1/2 tablet of concentrated broth.
  • 250 g thick noodles.
  • Olive oil.

Preparation

Firstly, we will chop all the vegetables well in small dice. With all this we will make a great stir-fry well poached with olive oil. We will let it cook for at least 15 minutes.

Then, we will add the half tablet of concentrated broth and add the chicken soup. We will let this cook until it starts to boil.

Once it starts to boil we will add the thick noodles and we will let cook between 10-15 minutes or until we test that they are tender. Finally, we will let it rest for about 3 more minutes outside the fire and covered with a cloth.

    But how dare you call that fideua? I'm afraid you must not have seen a fideua in your life. The fideua is not broth and exclusively contains seafood as well as fat noodles. I'm not saying that the dish is not good but call it noodle stew or whatever you can think of
