Simple Recipe: Dulce de Leche Parfait

Ingredients:

Unflavored gelatin, 7 gr.
Buds, 3
Whiskey, 80 cc
Sweet milk, 450 gr.
Milk cream, 500 cc

Preparation:

Put the dulce de leche in a bain-marie. Add the whiskey and the previously hydrated gelatin and once the preparation is cold, add the semi-whipped cream
