Sweet and delicious are these truffles that we are going to make to celebrate a special occasion, birthday or if we receive friends, since it constitutes a simple recipe composed of few ingredients and with an exquisite cover of chocolate sprinkles or the tasty grated coconut.
Ingredients:
3 cups of minced sponge cake or ground sweet cookies
50 grams of melted butter
100 grams of chopped walnuts
200 grams of dulce de leche
4 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons cognac or marsala wine
Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a container and then mix them very well. Then with your hands greased with a little butter, form the balls or truffles.
Once this step is done, coat each truffle with grated coconut or chocolate sprinkles and place them in liners. Finally, arrange the truffles on a tray that you can take to the table and serve.
