Ingredients
  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cebolla great
  • Sal Island
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano
  • 1 chopped cayenne (optional)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup fideua noodles or other pasta
Preparation
  1. We cut the diced tomatoes and place them in a baking dish.
  2. Then add the chopped onion and the peeled garlic cloves and integers.
  3. We season the mixture and add garlic powder and dried oregano generously.
  4. Then add the cayenne and water with a splash of oil made of olives.
  5. We take to the oven at 220ºC and cook for 25 minutes.
  6. Just before the vegetables are done we cook the pasta and we drain it.
  7. We mix the vegetables roasted with the pasta and divided into two bowls.
  8. We serve the noodles with roasted tomato and garlic.
