Sandwiches are a very quick meal to prepare, and if you add some rich ingredients to it, they will give you an ideal meal to share with your family:
Ingredients
- A bit of mayonnaise
- 2 hard-boiled egg yolks
- Pickled onions and cucumbers
- Slices of whole wheat bread
- Shrimp required quantity
- An avocado puree with a little lemon.
Procedure
Mix mayonnaise with the egg yolks, onions and pickled cucumbers. Spread the contents over the bread and top with some shrimp mixed with avocado puree and lemon juice.
Cover with the mayonnaise again and cover with the other slice of bread. This recipe is not very dietary but you will appreciate it.
