Pizza with shortcrust, a simple and fast pizza. Sometimes we want a pizza and because we don't have dough or prepare it at home, we don't eat it. Making pizza dough takes a bit of work, I'm very lazy to make it, that's why I use the shortcrust dough we can find it in all stores so we can always have it in the fridge or frozen and thus have it for any occasion.
The shortcrust dough is very crispy and very goodSurely if you try it you will like it. The result is great, it is not as heavy as pizza bases and it is very rustic. If you don't want it to bulge too much, you have to poke it with a fork all over the base.
Ideal for a quick dinner.
- 1 roll of fresh shortcrust dough
- A jar of fried tomato
- A jar of rolled mushrooms
- Bacon Strips
- A ball of mozzarella cheese
- We take the baking tray, we put a sheet of greaseproof paper and we put the broken dough.
- We prick with a fork all over the base of the dough.
- Spread the entire base of fried tomato, to our liking.
- We cut the mozzarella ball into slices, we put half on top of the base of the dough, on top of the cheese we will put sliced mushrooms.
- We cut the bacon strips into pieces and add them on top and we will finish by putting the rest of the mozzarella cheese that we have left.
- We will have the oven turned on at 180ºC fire up and down, we will introduce the tray with the pizza and we will leave it until it is golden brown.
- We take the pizza out of the oven, and it only remains to cut it and eat !!!
