Stoplight, stuffed marinated tenderloin
The marinated loin is a food of the pig slaughter which is very similar to York ham, since it has multiple uses in the kitchen, in sandwiches, sautéed, grilled, baked or simply as an accompaniment to fresh vegetables.
But in this case, I present a very typical recipe that is prepared at my sister-in-law's house. Traffic lights, some marinated loins stuffed with chorizo and cheese that are frankly a tremendous bite, in which it explodes in the mouth with a great Iberian flavor and a very good texture.
Ingredients
- Marinated loin steaks.
- Sliced cheese.
- 1 piece of Iberian chorizo.
- I beaten egg.
- Bread crumbs.
Preparation
First, we will take the piece of sausage and we will remove the thin skin that covers it and we will chop it into very small dice.
Afterwards, we will take the marinated tenderloin and we will dry it a little with a napkin so that we eliminate possible humidity so that when frying it does not jump too much.
Then, we will do the filling. We will have a marinated loin fillet and we will put a handful of chopped chorizo on top, in addition to half a slice of cheese.
Next, the we will bread passing them through beaten egg and breadcrumbs, refrigerating them a little so that the breading takes on consistency and does not fall apart.
Finally, there is only fry them in plenty of hot oil and drain on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
