Ingredients
Secret to beer:

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220º for 15 minutes

  2. We take a pan with a little olive oil and sauté the onion. Once poached and golden brown, we add the apple until it is also golden brown and we add the rest of the ingredients so that they cook.
  3. We add a pinch of salt and cinnamon (it gives it an incredible touch) and the grated tomato.
  4. We mix the ingredients thoroughly to get the juices and aromas to bind well and let everything cook together for approximately 20 minutes.
  5. We remove from the heat and let it warm.
  6. We plate and voila! a healthy and tasty recipe to a healthy and balanced diet
