- 1½ fresh onion
- 12 sticks of sea delicacies
- 500 grams of cooked prawns
- 500 grams of octopus
- Olive oil
- Vinegar

- We will choose a large bowl in which to add all the ingredients one by one. We count on that previously we have cooked both the prawns such as octopus (boiled in water with a little salt).
- We wash all the ingredients and the secret so that we get a good splash is chop it all very small. No matter the order in which we add one ingredient or another, they will all be subjected to the same procedure: wash, peel and cut into very small pieces.
- The last step will be season our salpicón with olive oil, salt and wine vinegar to taste.
- If you like the corianderYou can also add a little to it and it will give it a different taste.
Notes
It depends on whether you like it more or less, you can add cilantro or hot paprika when seasoning it. In our case, we have only seasoned it with salt, vinegar and olive oil.
