I did not know very well how to name this salad so I have decided on a name that will help us understand what its ingredients may be. The sea ​​salad It combines, as you have probably imagined, prawns, crab sticks and bonito, with a good base of lettuce.

This is one light and fresh salad ideal for summer. We can include fresh products in it or throw out frozen and preserved products. In addition to the ingredients mentioned, it occurs to me that we could also add some chopped octopus legs or some mussels. It's up to you to create your own version.

Ingredients
  • Lettuce
  • 4 tuna loins in olive oil
  • 8 crab sticks
  • 8 cooked prawns
  • 1 / spring onion
  • Virgin olive oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Balsamic vinegar of modena

Preparation
  1. We clean the lettuce well, we chop it and cover the base of a source.
  2. We chop the prawns cooked and the crab sticks and spread them on top of it.
  3. Next, we cut the mean julienned onion and we incorporate it into the salad.
  4. Finally, we place the four loins of bonito topping the salad.
  5. We water with a good jet of virgin olive oil, a little lemon juice and balsamic vinegar to taste.
