  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 150 ml. white wine
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • A handful of chopped parsley
  • Salt pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 1 Cayenne (optional)

Preparation
  1. To prepare the sea bass in sauce, we will start by salting the fish, we will add a little salt and pepper. we will have the fish clean and in fillets without thorns. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
  2. Heat a frying pan with a little oil, brown the sea bass fillets over high heat and remove. We booked.
  3. In that same pan with a little more oil, add the onion and half of the garlic, let it brown, we can put a cayenne pepper so that there is a spicy point. When the onion is golden, add the spoon of flour, stir, let it cook and add the glass of white wine.
  4. Let the wine reduce for about 2-3 minutes so that the alcohol evaporates. Add the minced garlic and a little chopped parsley, add a small glass of water and leave the sauce for 3-5 minutes. We tried salt.
  5. Add the sea bass, let it cook for 5 minutes, add a lot of chopped parsley. We will move the casserole with back and forth movements so that the sauce is tied.
  6. The time to cook the fish will vary depending on how big the fillets are, but the fish is done quickly and it is better to cook it a little so that it is juicier.
