Ingredients
  • 1 kg. green zucchini.
  • 2 eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. In a pan or pot, we add a little olive oil (3 or 4 tablespoons) and we put it on the fire (medium). While the oil is heating up, let's go washing and chopping in small tacos our zucchini.
