- 1 kg. green zucchini.
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil

Preparation
- In a pan or pot, we add a little olive oil (3 or 4 tablespoons) and we put it on the fire (medium). While the oil is heating up, let's go washing and chopping in small tacos our zucchini.
- Once the oil is hot, we add the zucchini cubes, and at medium heat we let cook around 15 or 20 minutes. Zucchini will release a lot of water, and we will wait until it is completely consumed to continue adding ingredients.
