Scrambled eggs with zucchini with potatoes

600g zucchini
150g potato straws
3 eggs
Olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 cebolla
Sal Island

Clean the zucchini and cut into thin slices.
In a frying pan with a little oil, sauté the finely chopped onion. Next, add the zucchini, salt and cook until transparent.
Add the potatoes straws, stir a few times and add the beaten eggs and set.
Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
Serve hot.
