Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- ½ onion
- 1 garlic clove
- Some mushrooms
- Some peeled prawns
- parsley
- Oil, salt and pepper
Preparation
- We peel and chop the onion very small, we put a pan with a little oil, when it is hot we add the onion. Peel and chop the garlic and put it next to the onion.
- We clean the mushrooms, cut into thin slices, when the onion is transparent, add the mushrooms, stir everything together. Let cook over medium heat for a few minutes.
- We salt the prawns and put them in the pan together with the mushrooms, let everything cook for about 5-10 minutes.
- While in a bowl we put the 4 eggs, a little salt, pepper and the chopped parsley, we break them a little without beating them completely.
- We add the mixture of the eggs to the pan and let them cook over medium heat, we will stir everything together and we will leave them to our liking.
