Ingredients
- 250 grams of chicken breast
- 125 grams of onion
- 125 grams of fresh mushrooms
- 125 grams of assorted mushrooms
- 2 organic black garlic cloves
- 100 ml of red wine
- Olive oil
Preparation
- We take a frying pan to which we add a good jet of extra virgin olive oil in which we will fry the onion in sheets.
- When the onion is juicy and at its point, add the shredded chicken breast, and on medium heat, we wait for it to brown.
- Next, we take the mushrooms and champignons, and we let it be done together with the rest of the ingredients. We stir well with the help of a wooden spatula and add the organic black garlic and wine, with the heat very high so that the alcohol evaporates.
- We stir well, so that all flavors flirt and set aside as soon as the sauce begins to thicken.
