Chicken meat is a very useful food when starting, or rather, in the kitchen, many recipes. Not only for its flavor, but also for the ease with which it can be combined: potatoes, vegetables, different sauces, etc.
In this case, we have prepared a scrambled chicken in soy sauce, accompanied by some mushrooms. It is a simple recipe and something new in terms of flavor, by adding about 2 or 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. A mild flavor remains, thanks to the water contained in the mushrooms and the egg added to make scrambled eggs.
- 4 chicken fillets
- 200 grams of mushrooms
- 1 egg
- ½ onion
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- Sal Island

- We put a pan with olive oil to heat. When it starts to heat up We will add the half onion in small cubes so that they begin to poach. When the onion has poached, we toss the chicken fillets cut in small strips. We stir well to mix both ingredients and wait a few 10-15 minutes for the meat to be done.
- When the chicken meat begins to brown we add the mushrooms, well washed and cut into thin slices. We put on medium heat and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes.
- When there are only a couple of minutes left to set aside, it's time to add our soy sauce. We add 3 tablespoons and stir well, to mix flavors and thicken the sauce.
