Scottish coffee

Ingredients:
4 tbsp. tureens of ground coffee
8 tsp. of sugar
3/4 of a liter of water
200g. milk cream
4 glasses of whiskey

Preparation:
Make an espresso. In about 4 or 5 cups previously heated, put two tablespoons of sugar and whiskey.
Serve the coffee very hot and stir. Add the cold heavy cream and serve.
