A recipe that we can prepare at home, with good raw material, which is the most important thing in this recipe, and using ingredients that we have at home. They can be made with fresh or frozen prawns but they must be good, since it is important that they taste good. This recipe for battered prawns that I have prepared is the simplest recipe, since there are many different batters. You can also give it a different touch by adding some hot sauce, ginger, etc. to the dough.

Preparation
  1. The first thing we will start by peeling the prawns, we will remove the shell, the head and the black strip that it has inside.
  2. Prepare the batter by putting the flour in a bowl and in another beat an egg. Salt the prawns with a little salt, pass them first through the flour and then through the egg.
  3. We will put a frying pan with plenty of oil to heat, when the oil is hot we will add the battered prawns and brown them on both sides. We will have a plate with a sheet of kitchen paper and we will put the prawns as we take them out, so that they release the oil.
  4. Once the prawns are ready, we put them in a bowl, accompanied by lemon or mayonnaise, or some sauce.
  5. And ready to eat!!! It only remains to accompany them with a fresh beer.
