In addition, in this way we can take advantage of the leftover food and make simple pancakes when we have run out of industrial ones.

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Sliced ​​York ham.
  • mayonnaise
  • Grated cheese.
  • Lettuce.
  • Chicken breast.
  • Olive oil.

For pancakes dough:

  • 2 eggs.
  • 125 g of flour.
  • 1 glass of milk
  • Pinch of salt.
  • Pinch of ground black pepper.
  • Pinch of parsley
  • 1 nut of butter (just for the pan).

Preparation

Firstly, we are doing the pancakes dough. We just have to put all the ingredients in a blender glass and beat it until a light cream is obtained. Let it rest in the fridge until everything is almost ready.

Next, we will put boil a couple of eggs for the filling. In addition, we will cut the lettuce into julienne strips and we will wash and dry it well, drying them with a kitchen paper. As for the eggs, when they are cooked, we will cut them into slices.

Then we will cut the chicken breast in thin strips. We will sauté these in a pan with a little olive oil. We will add a pinch of salt, not much since the dough of the crepes also has it.

Then, we will take the cream out of the fridge and go making the crepes. We will heat a medium frying pan over a very high heat, we will pass the butter nut through the bottom and we will add a little of the crepe mixture, distributing it well throughout the bottom and let it set. We will turn it over and let it curdle on the other side, until all the mixture is used.

Finally, we will assemble the crepes. We will put the crepes with the pretty face down on a plate, we will apply a mayonnaise base, we will place a slice of York ham on top and, on this, a little lettuce. In addition, we will position the chicken strips so that they do not fall when closing the crepes, and we will add a little grated cheese and the hard-boiled egg slices.
