- To prepare the sautéed peas with bacon, we will first cook the peas. We put a saucepan with enough water and a little salt, when it starts to boil we will add the peas, if they are frozen or fresh we will leave them until they are tender.
- On the other hand we will chop the onion and the bacon into pieces.
- We put a frying pan with 4 tablespoons of oil, we will poach the onion until it begins to take color, then we will add the bacon and sauté it all together.
- When the peas are, we drain them well.
- And when the bacon is a little golden, add the peas, a little pepper, stir everything well so that the flavors are integrated. About 5 minutes
- We cook some poached eggs or some hard-boiled eggs to accompany the dish, it looks very good and so you will have a very complete dish.
