I love recipes like the one we prepare today for your simplicity and speed. They solve your food in a flash and they do it in a healthy way. It will take you 10 minutes to prepare the broccoli, shrimp and goat cheese stir fry that we propose to eat today.
In the beginning, the recipe was going to consist of those three ingredients; broccoli, shrimp and goat cheese. However, I eventually incorporated apple into the equation out of necessity and some raisins on a whim. This type of alteration is ideal to take advantage of ingredients that we have to give way.
- 1 broccoli
- 30 prawns
- 1 cayenne chilli
- 1 pippin apple
- 1 handful of raisins
- 6 slices of goat cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Blanch the broccoli in water for a minute to soften slightly. Then we drain and dry with absorbent paper.
- In a frying pan we put a tablespoon of oil and the cayenne pepper. We sauté the prawns until they take color.
- Add the broccoli in flowers and the apple in cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Last we add the cheese of goat.
- Out of the pan, add the raisins and drizzle with a drizzle of oil of extra virgin olive.
