The stir fry They are usually a good option to enjoy the union of several ingredients. One of the stir-fries that I like the most is the one that I want to share with you today. Combine three ingredients and the union is almost perfect, sautéed Wild asparagus with mushrooms and garlic.
As always, we buy the odd ingredient and organize the time.

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 bunch of wild asparagus
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1 tray of mushrooms
- 1 tray oyster mushrooms
- oil and salt
- 1 garlic clove
As you can see, it is a colorful recipe and also offers a really special flavor, they combine perfectly.
We cut the chopped asparagusFirst, we remove the bottom part, until it crusts almost alone, to know that they will not be hard after being cooked. The mushrooms, we clean them regularly. To the mushrooms We remove the lower part of the trunk and cut them into slices, oyster mushrooms you just have to cut them into strips. Tender garlic, we cut them in half and remove the portions of about two fingers.
Once we have the ingredients cut, we put a pan with oil to heat and we add all the ingredients to sauté them. There are people who first boil wild asparagus and then sauté them with the rest, I do it all together, because I like the flavor they give like this better, do not forget to add a little salt and pepper if you like.
When it is almost done, we mince half garlic, so that it gives it flavor. You may wonder If it has tender garlic, why does it add garlic? Because the tender when cooked loses a little flavor and the clove enhances that point of garlic that I love. We finish sautéing it with garlic and it will be ready to eat.
This time it is to accompany another delicacy, But in case of not having enough, logically we can increase the ingredients or add more of one or the other, even change them.
