Ingredients
  • Olive oil
  • 2 potatoes
  • Carrots 2
  • 4 handfuls of green beans (blanched or fresh)
  • ½ teaspoon curry
  • 300g frozen peeled prawns
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 cayenne
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation
  1. Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Place them on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and we cook in the microwave at maximum power for 5 minutes or as long as necessary for them to be tender.
  2. At the same time, heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and cook over medium heat with the lid on peeled carrots and cut into thick slices. Are you going to use fresh pods? Add them to the pan with the carrot and cook until softened, stirring occasionally. Are the beans scalded? Add them once the carrot is almost tender and cook the whole for a couple of minutes in the same way.
  3. Then, add the potatoes and curry to the pan, mix and cook over medium heat for two more minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in another pan, we sauté the peeled prawns with olive oil, the clove of garlic and the cayenne peppers until golden brown.
  5. Finally, add the prawns to the vegetable pan and cook everything together for a minute.
  6. We serve the sautéed potatoes and beans with carrot and prawns hot.
