Christmas is coming Autumn days in which I go out for the fruits that the earth gives us, mushrooms, chestnuts etc. And today I am going to prepare one of those first preparations based on the mushrooms that I collect.
My recipe today is a sautéed mushrooms (angula de monte) with minced beef. As always we go shopping and we organize the time to enjoy our preparation.
Degree of Difficulty: Easy
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- Mushrooms, in my case mountain eel
- 2 eggs
- chopped veal
- shawl
- oil
We already have the basic ingredients for today's recipe. We can only get down to your preparation.
We start cleaning the mushrooms and putting them in a pan to cook, with a little salt, remember that when they release the water and stay if it, they are already done.
On the other hand we prepare the minced meat in a pan with a little oil and salt.
When we have both ingredients ready we start to finish the recipe, beating the eggs and mixing the meat with the mushrooms.
We sauté everything and we already have today's recipe ready. Without further ado, I wish you good luck and that you enjoy what nature offers us.
As you can see, the recipe is simple, if you want you can add a little onion or even garlic. I ate it for dinner and I didn't feel like eating with those flavors.
