Ingredients
  • 3-4 fresh sausages
  • 250 gr. fresh assorted mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 ml. white wine

Preparation
  1. To prepare the sausage with mushrooms, we will first cut the sausage into pieces, it can also be made whole.
  2. We put a large frying pan or casserole over medium heat, put a little oil and add the sausage, brown it on all sides. We take out and reserve.
  3. We clean the mushrooms with the help of a damp cloth to remove any soil they may have, clean them and cut them into pieces.
  4. In the same casserole where we have made the sausage, we add a little more oil if necessary, when it is hot we add the mushrooms, it is better that the fire is strong so that they brown.
  5. Chop the garlic and the very small parsley.
  6. When the mushrooms are golden, add the sausage, sauté and add the minced garlic, stir everything and before the garlic takes a lot of color, add the white wine.
  7. Let the white wine reduce for 5 minutes.
  8. Add a little salt and the chopped parsley. We remove everything.
  9. And you will be ready to eat !!!
