The sausage is a food for which you can get a lot out of it, since it allows you to combine them with any other food. It is very versatile and also very fast to cook.
Therefore, today I present you these sausages in wine sauce, which I made in a time of 20 minutes nothing more, that is, it is a quick and easy recipe, for those days when we are busiest.
Ingredients
- Sausage.
- 1 clove garlic.
- 1/2 onion.
- 1/2 glass of chicken broth.
- 1/2 glass of white wine.
- Olive oil.
- 1/2 tablet of avecrem.
Preparation
First, we will laminate the garlic and finely chop the onion. These, we will poach in a pan along with a little olive oil.
While the onion and garlic are being poached, let's go marking the sausages in a separate frying pan. These have to have a soft fire, so that they do not get burned.
Next, we will add the poached onion with the garlic in the same pan as the sausages, and we will stir well so that bind the flavors.
Finally, we will add the white wine, and when the alcohol evaporates, we will add the chicken broth together with the half pill of avecrem. We will leave boil about 5-8 minutes and we will rectify the flavor if necessary.
