Sausage French Omelette
Sometimes it happens to us that we have no idea what to do for dinner, especially for the most small of the house. Well, today I give you a very simple and quick idea for dinner, with a food that they always like, sausages. In addition, it can be a delicious sandwich for snack or schoolas it has a lot of energy.
Eggs are a great food that provides children with carbohydrates necessary for the energy that they must have for their day to day. However, it is recommended that you only eat a maximum of 2 eggs a week. Thus, you can make this delicious sausage omelette 2 times a week.
Ingredients
- 2 sausages.
- 1-2 eggs.
- 1 thick slice of ham.
- Some grated cheese.
- Olive oil.
- Salt
Preparation
First, we will cut into given the chosen ingredients for this French omelette. In particular, I have chosen a couple of sausages, some cheese and york. The cheese will add a bit of juiciness to the tortilla.
After we will beat the eggs. As I have already told you before, the maximum number of eggs eaten is 2 a week, so you can use one or two eggs in the omelette, as you want.
Then, we will add the sausages to these beaten eggs diced, the ham and finally some grated cheese. We will stir well and introduce a pinch of salt.
Finally, we will pour this mixture on a small frying pan along with a little hot olive oil. We will turn this tortilla over when it is curdled, and we will let it cook until the other side is curdled.
