Sausage flamenquines
Sausages have always been a very easy food to make and that the little ones in the house love them. Therefore, today we are going to teach you a different way to cook it so that children do not get bored with their favorite food.
Thus, we have loved them combine with another food that children also love, flamenco. In this way, it is a very succulent, rich and eye-catching recipe for children that can be frozen for other subsequent dinners.
Ingredients
- 5 slices of sliced bread.
- 5 slices of cooked ham.
- 5 slices of cheese.
- 5 thick sausages (ham, cheese, vegetables).
- Eggs and breadcrumbs for coating.
- Sunflower or olive oil for frying.
Preparation
First, we will remove the edges of the sliced bread. Then on a smooth surface we will stretch and flatten each slice with the help of a roller. This should be flat enough to be able to roll it and wrap all the sausages, but be careful not to break.
On each slice we will place one slice of York ham and another of cheese and subsequently a thick sausage. Also, you can use the frankfurt ones.
Then, we will roll each slice on itself making our sausage flamenquines. These will be breaded by passing them through beaten egg and breadcrumbs and we will put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so that it takes consistency.
Finally, in a wide frying pan, we will have a good amount of sunflower or olive oil and we will heat it over the fire to fry these flamenquines of sausages.
