San jacobos with marinated loin, ham and cheese

So, today I have prepared these delicious san jacobos marinated tenderloin stuffed with Iberian ham and semi-cured cheese, I hope you love them.
Ingredients
- 10 slices of marinated tenderloin.
- 10 slices of Iberian ham.
- 10 slices of semi-cured cheese.
- I beaten egg.
- Flour.
- Bread crumbs.
- Oil.
Preparation
Firstly, we will ride the san jacobos. To do this, we will place a slice of ham and Iberian ham and another of semi-cured cheese between two slices of marinated loin. This spine must be 1,5 cm thick so that when assembled they do not break.
Afterwards, we will take each san jacobo and we will pass them through flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs, to make a fine breading. If you want it much more crunchy, you can pass it a second time with egg and breadcrumbs.
Finally, the we will fry in a frying pan or in a deep fryer with hot oil. Once golden, we will drain them on absorbent paper.
