San jacobos de tapines, special dinner for babies
Tapines is one of my favorite vegetables, as they contain much water and many essential nutrients for our body. So it becomes a quintessential food for babies.
Today we teach you to use them in the form of Saint James, for babies who start to feed with Solid food, so that they try a variety of textures (cheese and ham) and eat vegetables.
Ingredients
- 3 fat and long tapines.
- 4 slices of York ham
- 4 slices of cheese.
- Flour.
- Egg.
- Bread crumbs.
- Salt
- Oil for frying.
Preparation
Firstly, we will peel the tapines very well. Later, we will make chubby slices, at least 1 cm thick, to make the san jacobos. This operation can be done with both the mandolin and the knife.
To these slices, we will add a little salt, and we will begin to assemble the san jacobos, superimposing a base of a slice of tain, one of ham, another of cheese and, finally, another slice of tapin.
Finally, the we will bread passing them through flour, egg and breadcrumbs. You will have to cool them a little before in the refrigerator, so that the crust of the breading takes on consistency, because otherwise these delicious San Jacobos will be disassembled.
