Ingredients
  • 1 package fresh or frozen spinach
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml. evaporated milk
  • Low-fat beaten cheese 5-6 tablespoons
  • 60 gr. grated cheese

Preparation
  1. First we prepare the spinach, if they are fresh we wash them and sauté them in a pan or we put them to cook. I have used frozen, I have cooked them with plenty of water, when it has started to boil I have left them for 5 minutes.
  2. On the other hand we prepare the cake mix. Put the eggs, the beaten cheese, the grated cheese, the evaporated milk, a little salt and pepper in a bowl.
  3. We grind everything with a mixer or a robot.
  4. To this mixture we add the well drained spinach. We mix it very well.
  5. We put all the mixture in a mold. We cover the base with grated cheese.
  6. We put the mold in the oven, we will put it on the middle tray at 180ºC heat up and down. We will leave it for about 20-30 minutes.
  7. We take it out carefully, put it on a tray and serve it warm.
  8. Very simple and quick to prepare.
