Ingredients
  • 200 gr de harina
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr of smoked bacon
  • 130 gr of grated cheese

Preparation
  1. First we are going to prepare the bacon in the microwave.
  2. We cut it into small strips, prepare a plate with absorbent paper and place the bacon well separated.
  3. Cook in the microwave for 1 or 2 minutes, until crisp.
  4. We reserve to cool while we prepare the dough.
  5. Now, in a large container we put the milk, eggs, oil, salt and spices and mix.
  6. Next, we mix the flour and the yeast and add to the previous mixture.
  7. We beat the dough well with some rods, until we obtain a creamy dough without lumps.
  8. Now, we add the bacon, reserving a little to decorate.
  9. We also add the grated cheese and mix all the ingredients well.
  10. We are preheating the oven to about 200 degrees.
  11. We fill each paper capsule almost completely, decorate with a little grated cheese and bacon.
  12. We put the cupcake mold in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
