INGREDIENTS:
150 gr. toasted almonds (not salted)
1 medium onion
3 tablespoons of butter
1 ½ water
Sal Island
10 slices of fried or toasted bread
PREPARATION:
We pulverize the almonds and reserve. Chop the onion and fry it with butter for 10 minutes (Varoma temp., V.1). Then add the powdered almonds and sauté another 3 minutes. We incorporate the water and salt, and we program 12 m. Speed 2, 100º.
When it has finished, we introduce in the glass about 10 slices of the bread that we will have fried or toasted previously. We let it rest in the glass for 10 minutes and then we crush the soup very fine. Rest for a few minutes and serve very hot.
