We finished the week in Cooking Recipes with a new recipe in which the sea is the protagonist: salmon with sweet chili sauce. A very simple recipe that you can prepare in 15 minutes and for which you will only need four ingredients, four! Do you dare to prepare it?
You can complete the plate with a cup of rice, grated cauliflower, quinoa .. a soft accompaniment that gives all the prominence to salmon. Feel free to try different sauces or to make your own homemade sweet chili sauce using rice vinegar, sugar, chili peppers and garlic as the main ingredients.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 450 g. salmon loins
- Salt and pepper
- Sweet chili sauce
- Heat a non-stick frying pan or griddle with two tablespoons of sugar over medium heat and season the fillets or salmon loins.
- Once the griddle is hot, we place the salmon skin up and cook 3 minutes (it will depend on the thickness). We turn around and cook another as many minutes on the other side.
- In the last minute, we put the sauce of chili on the surface of each of the loins and let the salmon finish cooking.
- We serve with our favorite accompaniment.
