Salmon Rolls with Rice
As we have already said on other occasions asian cuisine It is gaining more and more followers and it is that in many times its simplicity exceeds the limits. Today's recipe I do not know if it could be considered entirely Asian, but with touches of that cuisine.
Today we are going to prepare salmon rolls with rice. It is a simple preparation and it is worth trying if we like these ingredients, since they combine quite well.
We are going to buy what is necessary and we get to it.

Ingredients:
- 75 grams of rice
- a couple of slices of smoked salmon
- Red pepper
- 1 hard boiled egg
- shawl
- oil
- soy sauce
The ingredients are not complicated at all so let's get down to crafting.
We start by putting to boil the rice, to cook it, we will add the egg so they can be cooked together.
Once we tan the cooked rice and the hard-boiled egg, we will let them cool to be able to assemble the dish, in case of not having time, we only have to pour water over the rice. When it is cold we mix the chopped egg and step we cut some strips of Red pepper.
We already have everything ready to mount the dish, we take a slice of smoked salmon and fill it with the mixture of rice and egg. When we have it, we put it a strip of pepper on top and we can roll it up.
When we have we can serve the assembled roll whole or cut it in half. We dress with soy sauce and we have it ready to eat.
It is delicious and it is also easy to prepare, since the smoked salmon is already laminated.
