When you cook salmon and you have a portion left over, this salad is always a good alternative to take advantage of it. The salmon and apple salad eIt is in my case a recipe of use, but good enough to prepare it from scratch without the need to use any ingredient.
It is a very complete salad in which different are combined green sprouts and fruits besides salmon. A salad that you can play with to adapt it to your tastes, dispensing with or substituting any of its ingredients. It's perfect at this time of year: healthy, light and refreshing.
- 3 cups green sprouts
- 1 grilled salmon fillet
- Manzana 1
- 1 handful of raisins
- 1 handful of grapes
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar of Modena
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- We clean the lettuce or the green shoots that we are going to use and add them to the salad bowl.
- Add the salmon loin crumbly and free of thorns.
- We also add the diced apple, grapes and raisins.
- We lightly toast the walnuts in the pan before adding them to the salad bowl.
- Finally we prepare the dressing mixing all its ingredients. We dress the salad and serve.
