Salad

Who does not know the salad. I believe that everyone, it's a summer dish that will surely bring you memories of the grandmothers since each house has its own. And I have mine, it is the version of my salad adapted to the tastes of each one.

We can prepare the salad with the ingredients that we like the most and even do a different one each time. Today they already sell prepared salads in the markets, we find them cooked, frozen ...

But as the homemade prepared to our liking there are none. Today I leave you my version with simple ingredients and easy to make.

Ingredients
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 can of bell peppers
  • 2 Tomate
  • 1 can of olives
  • Homemade mayonnaise
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. We start by cooking the potatoes with the skin for about 20 minutes.
  2. On the other hand we cook the eggs for about 10 minutes
  3. When the potatoes and eggs are cooked, let them cool.
  4. We peel and cut the potatoes into small squares, the eggs too, we will pour it into a bowl.
  5. We open the cans of tuna, drain the oil and mix it with the above, chop some olives and add them, put a couple of tablespoons of homemade mayonnaise, mix and reserve in the fridge.
  6. We wash the lettuce, chop it, cut the tomato slices and onion.
  7. In a bowl we put the salad and around it we will put the lettuce, the cut tomatoes, the onion, some olives and garnish with some bell peppers.
  8. We leave it in the fridge until serving time, it must be very cool.
  9. We will accompany the dish with a bowl with mayonnaise to be served at ease.
  10. And ready to eat !!!
