Ingredients
- 2 handfuls of lettuce for mixed shoots
- 1 whole wheat toast
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 fresh egg
- Vinegar
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Sal Island
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Preparation
- In a dish we place the lettuce leaves or green shoots and season them with a little oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper. We mix well
- We place on top of these a whole wheat toast.
- On the toast, we put the loaches of smoked salmon.
- We break the egg in a container, a cup or a small bowl.
- We put in a large casserole water to boil.
- We take a splash of vinegar to the egg and a good drizzle of the water that will already be boiling. For the egg to be made correctly, the water must boil gently and continuously.
- With delicacy and by a shore, we pour the egg in the pot with boiling water. We let it cook for 2,5-3 minutes. After time we remove them with a slotted spoon on absorbent paper.
- We place the egg on top of the toast with salmon and top with mayonnaise.
