¡Salads is what they want now! When it is hot it is the best option and it is also a very healthy way to consume vegetables, since by taking them raw we are taking advantage of all their nutrients. The problem is that if we eat salad almost daily, there comes a point where we get bored, so I propose a salad with cheese and walnuts, something to vary from day to day.

Ingredients:
- 1 Tomate
- 1 cucumber
- 1 Carrot
- Oak lettuce
- Salad cheese (diced)
- Nuts
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
- Balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
In a bowl mix the diced tomato and cucumber, the peeled and grated carrot, the chopped walnuts, the diced cheese and the lettuce cut into small pieces. Season with salt, olive oil and vinegar and mix again so that the dressing is well distributed. Clever!.

It can be taken as a single dish at dinner, for example, or we can serve it with some fish or meat.
