Salad with artichokes and cheese

The salads are dishes which are always easy to prepare. Our problem arises when it comes to thinking about the ingredients, sometimes we are not very creative or we are simply not used to combining some flavors. Today we are going to prepare a salad with artichokes and cheese, that we can serve as a starter or accompaniment.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of select sprouts (green batavia lettuce, lamb's lettuce, red chard sprouts and radicchio)
  • cubes of white cheese in brine (cheese for salads)
  • 1 can of artichoke hearts (or a bag of frozen ones)
  • cherry tomatoes
  • dried fruits for salad with raisins and apricot
  • pitted black olives

Preparation

When we've gathered the ingredients, we make a bed out of the sprouts and then arrange the artichoke hearts and the tomatoes in halves.

We add the cheese cubes, the black olives and the nuts.

Finally we season with salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar and ready to take to the table !!!

With a tin of tuna and hard boiled egg, we embroider it. Thank you for those good ideas.
