Salad stuffed eggs, another way to eat salad but being a complete, rich and perfect dish to prepare as a starter or for a dinner.
Another way to fill some eggs, because to give it a spin I have filled them with a very complete salad, with lettuce, crab sticks, tuna, olives, cherry tomatoes and a mayonnaise.
The deviled eggs admit many ingredients and variations, you can remove and put the ingredient that you like the most.
These eggs stuffed with salad were very good, I put them as a starter in a meal and they liked them a lot, so I encourage you to make them.
- 6 eggs
- 2 cans of tuna
- 1 can of stuffed olives
- A packet of crab sticks or surimi
- Lettuce buds
- Cherrys tomatoes
- A pot of mayonnaise
- The first thing will be to cook the eggs, for this we put a saucepan with plenty of water, when it starts to boil we will put the eggs and we will have them between 10-15 minutes.
- When the eggs are cooked, let them cool.
- On the other hand we wash some lettuce buds, we will chop them very small and we will put it in a bowl.
- We take a few crab sticks and cut them into small pieces, add them to the bowl along with the lettuce.
- We open the cans of tuna, remove a little oil and integrate it together with the previous mixture.
- We chop a few stuffed olives and we also add it to the mix. We put 2-3 heaped tablespoons of mayonnaise in the bowl and mix everything well.
- Now we fill the eggs. When they are cold we peel them and cut them in half, remove the yolks, save some and the rest we can mix.
- With the help of a spoon we fill the eggs with the mixture that we have prepared, we are putting them in a source, around we will put more lettuce and the cherry tomatoes cut in half. We will put a little more mayonnaise on top of each egg and sprinkle the egg yolks that we have reserved. We will put it in the fridge until serving time.
