Since yesterday we entertained ourselves a bit doing a CouscousWhat do you think if today we do something extremely simple? It is a seasoned tomato salad I'm sure you all know, but it's that kind of recipes that, although we like them, they tend to end up in oblivion for no apparent reason. So today we are going to rescue her!

Seasoned Tomato Salad

Preparation time: 5 minutes.

Degree of difficulty: very easy.

Ingredients for 1 or 2 people:

  • 1 large tomato
  • Sal Island
  • Olive oil
  • 1 or 2 cloves of garlic

Preparation:

Clean the tomato and cut it into slices of the thickness you like best (use a serrated knife to make it easier). Put the tomato slices in a container and add shawl to taste, garlic cloves finely chopped and a splash of olive oil. Mix everything well and voila, you have your seasoned tomato salad prepared.

  • You can decorate it with some olives (in my case black, but they may be the ones you like best) or placing a sprig of parsley in the middle.
  • It is ideal to accompany others summer dishes like some squid, cuttlefish, little lace, etc.

If it bothers you to find the minced garlic and you know that you will be removing it so you do not eat it, choose to cut it into slices. This will make it easier to remove at mealtime.
