Four seasons salad

Ingredients:
100 gr. Roquefort cheese
50 gr. pine nuts
Oil and salt
50 gr. walnut
100 gr. fresh cheese
1/2 bag of mixed lettuce
3 sticks of fresh surimi

Preparation:
Put the lettuce in a bowl. Dice the Roquefort cheese and fresh cheese. Add them to the salad. Cut the surimi sticks into finger-wide pieces and also add it to the salad. Finally add the walnuts and pine nuts and season everything with oil and salt
