Ingredients
  • ½ white cabbage
  • 70 grams of raisins
  • 70 grams of walnuts
  • 100 grams of pineapple
  • Light homemade mayonnaise

Preparation
  1. To make this recipe you won't even have to use the stove because we have chosen not to cook the cabbage. The White cabbage It is one of the most tender, and cut into very fine strips it is not necessary to cook it, it can be eaten raw. You will only have to wash it very well and thoroughly, and as we have already indicated, cut it into very thin strips.
  2. We put it in a bowl in which we will add the 70 grams of raisins, the 70 grams of peeled walnuts and the 100 grams of pineapple cut into very small cubes. We stir well to mix all the ingredients.
  3. The next and last step will be to add a light sauce to make our salad. We have opted for a very light mayonnaise prepared with sunflower oil (150 ml), an L-size egg, a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar and a pinch of salt. We beat it well, and once we have this rich sauce, we add it to the rest of the ingredients.
  4. And ready! Light and rich salad for lunch or dinner.

Notes
To make the light mayonnaise you can change the balsamic vinegar for a teaspoon of soy sauce. It is also great!
