Roquefort pasta

We will prepare a very simple roquefort pasta recipe to enjoy as a starter, constituting an ideal preparation to spread on toast or slices of bread especially suitable for all those who like blue cheese.

Ingredients:

300 g of roquefort (blue cheese)
250 grams of white cheese
100 g of walnuts, finely chopped
1 glass of cognac
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Place the Roquefort cheese in the processor along with the white cheese, season with a pinch of salt (without overdoing it for the Roquefort cheese) and pepper. Add the chopped walnuts and process the ingredients until you get a paste.

Next, remove the pasta, pour it into a bowl and add the cognac and mix very well. Place the pasta in a bowl surrounded by small toast or sliced ​​bread.
