Ingredients:
2 pascualina tapas
80 g of roquefort
60 g butter
1 small onion grated
finely chopped celery stick
150 g of bacon
200 g heavy cream
3 eggs
1 tablespoon grated cheese
Preparation:
Re-drown the onion and celery in the butter, continue until they are tender, remove and add the Roquefort cheese well discarded with a fork, the beaten eggs, the cream and if necessary season with salt and pepper.
Now cut the bacon into strips and cover the bottom of the cake with it and then add all the other ingredients, cook in the oven until the dough is golden brown and the filling is firm.
