At home we like to prepare roasted vegetables. Probably because they are quick to prepare and give you the opportunity to do other things while the oven does its job. Broccoli, carrot, zucchini, aubergine, pepper, onion ... there are so many products and variations that we can make from the same dish ...
This weekend our proposal has been simple. We have chosen three ingredients: broccoli, carrot and onion and we have roasted them with a touch of paprika. ANDl paprika from La Vera It adds a smoky touch to the vegetables that we love and that I invite you to discover, if you have not already done so.
- Broccoli flowers
- 3 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sal Island
- Black pepper
- Paprika de la Vera (mix of sweet and spicy)
- Grease a tray oven and on this place the broccoli, the carrot peeled and cut into strips and the onion in large pieces.
- Season the vegetables and water with a drizzle of oil. Then stir the vegetables well with your hands so that they are evenly soaked in the oil.
- Sprinkle some paprika above and put in the oven.
- Bake at 180ºC for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
