A starter or a dessert? Are roasted pears with brie and honey They combine the salty with the sweet and can become whatever you want. At a party table they can become an original starter, however, the way I like them the most is as a dessert along with a little yogurt or ice cream.
These pears can be prepared with different cheeses. I used brie cheese because it was the one I had at home but imagine them with a blue cheese intense flavor, delicious! And I am sure that you will come up with other equally valid combinations.
As for the honey, I decided to be very subtle with it and just added a few fine threads of it on top of the pears. But, please adjust the amount freely. If you want to treat yourself and make them your weekend breakfast, be generous! Do you dare to try them? Making them will take you 35 minutes.
