Roasted apples with yogurt cream and nuts

Roasted apples with yogurt cream and nuts

Fall has always been associated at home with preparation roasted apples. I remember my mother baking a tray every week and although I probably don't do it that often, I have never wanted to abandon the tradition. Not only because I like roasted apples but because the smell they give off while baking is irresistible.

Roasted apples are very easy to prepare; Most of the work is done by the oven. An oven that also heats the kitchen; something to be thankful for in cold houses like mine. There are a thousand ways to make them and a thousand ways to eat them as in this case with yogurt cream and nuts.

Once the apples are made, eating them warm is the greatest pleasure. By themselves sprinkled with a little cinnamon they already have an incredible flavor but if, in addition, we complement them with a yogurt and dried fruit cream the result is ... You have to try it! Once you turn on the oven, prepare a minimum of six apples, you will eat them!
