Roast beef tenderloin with butter sauce

Ingredients:
1 / 2kg of beef tenderloin
1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
½ lemon juice
100g butter
Pepper and salt

Preparation:
Remove the fats, nerves and skins from the sirloin. Brown the sirloin all over in a frying pan with a little oil. Season with salt and pepper. The meat should be toasted on the outside and juicy and pink on the inside.
Mix the butter with the juice and parsley and put in a frying pan over the fire until you get a creamy sauce.
Serve on top of the sirloin. It can be accompanied by potatoes or mushrooms.
